The Danish energy group DONG Energy works hard on making their work environment as safe as possible. Therefore, DONG asked us to give recommendations on how to minimize personal injuries based on an analysis of the employees’ safety-related behaviour.
To solve the problem, we used a unique tool called the Septigon Model to analyse employee behaviour at three different locations within Dong. The model makes it possible to hold numerous perspectives on the same problem simultaneously ranging from individual behaviour, to cultural factors and the infrastructure of the company.
